This year we wanted to make something for our friends at our annual Christmas Feast. Usually we buy something little, but seeing as we love cooking (a lot) it seemed crazy we hadn't thought to create an edible gift this holiday season. As we were making 8 dished this year, we decided to keep this years edible gift very simple yet memorable. We couldn't go past filling a little glass jar with our Homemade Salted Caramel; you'll find the recipe here. We sourced the glass jars from our local $2 shop and used rope we had in our craft cupboard. Next year we'd like to make infused olive oils, or flavoured sugar, or maybe even a recipe bag with the ingredients to make gingerbread men!
